Description
The CM SAF TOA Radiation "GERB" dataset is a regional dataset of reflected solar and emitted thermal radiation products derived from measurements of the Geostationary Earth Radiation Budget (GERB) onboard the geostationary Meteosat Second Generation satellites. Monthly and daily means, as well as monthly mean of hourly values, have been compiled over a time period of 7 years starting in February 2004 and ending in January 2011. Results are provided on a sinusoidal equal-area grid with 45 km resolution covering the Meteosat disk and the arctic region.
